Red GT property location map near the Burniston Range.
The Red GT Property is an early-stage high-grade polymetallic exploration project located in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia, within the Skeena Mining Division. Covering approximately 18.17 hectares, the property is situated within the Intermontane tectonic belt and Stikine terrane, approximately 4 km east of Treble Mountain and 19 km southeast of the principal mining service community of Stewart. Its location at the southern limits of the Cambria Icefield provides a compact, focused target within one of British Columbia's most active and internationally recognized mineral exploration districts.
The Red GT occurrence is predominantly hosted by Jurassic Hazelton Group volcanic rocks, specifically maroon andesitic volcanics. These host rocks are cut by numerous quartz-carbonate veins and stockwork zones up to 5 metres wide exhibiting local carbonate alteration. To the north, hornfelsed augite porphyry basalt contains 1-4% fine-grained pyrrhotite. To the east, the volcanic and argillite sequence is intruded by medium-grained granodiorite dykes striking approximately 320 degrees, accompanied by narrow carbonate veinlets. This combination of intrusive dykes, hornfelsing, carbonate alteration, and stockworking provides a highly favourable environment for polymetallic deposition.
Mineralization conforms to the I05 Polymetallic Veins (Ag-Pb-Zn ± Au) deposit model. It consists of a broad polymetallic sulphide assemblage including galena, sphalerite, pyrite, and chalcopyrite, with tetrahedrite reported in trace amounts. Sulphides are primarily concentrated within quartz-carbonate stockworks and structurally controlled zones. The presence of tetrahedrite provides a mineralogical association for the antimony-bearing mineralization. The strongly anomalous tungsten, antimony, and cadmium values provide unique exploration vectors requiring comprehensive multi-element analytical work in future programs.

The Red GT Property is offered for outright purchase or through a staged option agreement. Aurora Gold and Gravels Inc. is seeking a partner to advance the project through systematic modern exploration and drill testing. An outright 100% acquisition can be negotiated via cash and/or share payments, subject to a retained Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty. Alternatively, a company may earn up to 100% ownership via an option agreement combining staged cash payments, share issuances, and funded exploration expenditures. A proposed structure includes a 2% NSR royalty, with all purchase prices, commitments, and buyback provisions open to negotiation.
